Mining vehicles operate under heavy loads and demanding site conditions, making accurate tyre pressure critical. Tyres fitted to heavy-duty vehicles with 3-piece and 5-piece rims are typically inflated to high pressures, and our team uses specialised equipment to ensure pressure levels are tested and maintained correctly. We’re able to pressure test tyres to 20% above cold running pressure in line with manufacturer requirements.
We also maintain a tyre register containing serial number photography and pressure testing records for each tyre. These records can be supplied directly to mining clients via email when required.
